Sulteron strolled along the path. A shower of refreshing rain cooled her down as she, Zen, Denkou and Aisu walked along the riverside. As they grew more bored, Sulteron descided to make it more interesting. "Last one in the water looses!" She cried suddenly. All but Denkou scrambled in, splashing and playing. ~Come on, Denkou! The water's fine!~ Laughed Aisu, waggling her Beavern tail playfully. ~No thanks, tame thing.~[/b The Electrike replied coldly.
Zen and Aisu, however, were having a wonderful time splashing with their trainer. After some time, Denkou could not stand pretending not to care any longer, and dived in with the rest, joining in their games.

A shock went through the water as the Electric type jumped in, but it was bearable and didn't last long. A small pair of eyes watched curiously from the bushes.
(Sorry it took so long, and that the post is so short.)

~Ouch! Carefull, I have a weakness to electicity!~ Aisu winced as Denkou caused a shock to go through his body. ~Sorry.~ the Electrike grined awkwardly. ~It's OK. SPLASH!~ yelled Aisu, splashing Denkou in the face. Denkou giggled, and splashed Aisu back. Soon Zen and Sulteron had joined in, completely unaware of the pair of eyes watching them.

A hint of longing entered the eyes of the mystery creature as it watched Sulteron and her Pokemon play. It unintentionally let out a small, faint whimper.

Aisu heard the whimper and turned. "What is it?" Sulteron asked the Beavern. Aisu pointed in the direction of the cry. ~Pokemon.~ she said.
Sulteron got out of the water. "Hey there! Would you like to play too?" She called out.

The Pokemon squeaked and tried to hide, backing farther into the bushes. A glimpse of pink petals showed momentarily, then vanished among the leaves.

Sulteron wondered briefly at what Pokemon had pink petals. She steeped closer, calling out "It's OK, we won't hurt you or try to catch you. If you want to play you can. If you don't, you can have a battle or we'll leave you alone!"

The Pokemon seemed to hesitate, as if thinking this over, then slowly crawled out of the bush and revealed itself to be a green fox-like animal with pink petals surrounding its neck. "Ti, Tigrily," It squeaked.

Aisu bounded over. ~Hi, fellow starter!~ she smiled, showing her comical buck teeth. Pointing back at the river, she said, ~Trust me, it's fine. The water's good, the sun is out, and my trainer won't try to catch you unless you want her to.~ indicating Sulteron for the last part.

~Hello...~ Tigrily mumbled, looking at the water. ~I... I can't...~ He squeaked, backing up from the river a step.

Sulteron looked concerned, and the rest of her Pokemon climbed out the water to join in. "What can't you do? Why not? Here, it's OK, you can tell me everything." she said softly, crouching down to reach Tigrily hight.

~I... I can't swim...~ Tigrily said timidly, backing up another step.

The Pokemon shrugged. ~Then we'll play out of the water!~ Zen suggested happily. Aisu wagged her tail, grinning, and Denkou shrugged, not really minding where they played. Besides, the water was cold.

~You'd do that just for me?~ Tigrily asked in disbelief.

Aisu nodded. ~Sure we will! Why not? Out or in the water, still playing!~ she said, whisking her tail around.
Denkou stepped back from the waving tail to avoid being hit. ~Hey, watchit!~ he exclaimed.
Zen snaked her way quickly up to Tigrily. ~Tag; you're it!~ she declared, tapping the fox lightly with the tip of her tail.
