1. Be fair when rating them.
2. To earn a common rating, they need to include at least one paragraph for all the headings but the optional ones. They should have a least two under History.
3. To earn an uncommon rating, they need to include detail in these headings. Around four and a bit paragraphs under History.
4. To earn a very uncommon rating, they need to have included the said amount of paragraphs (See Chararcter Template).
5. To earn a rare rating, they need to have included at least the guidline amounts of paragraphs, and in great detail.
6. To earn an ultra rare rating, they need to include at the very minimum twice the guidline amount, in incredible detail and showing as much litracy skills as a slightly-less-than-adverage book.
7. Ultra rare is VERY, VERY hard to get. Keep it that way.
